We are seeking a Customer Service and Admin Coordinator to join our team.

As the Customer Service and Admin Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operation of administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer office calls and provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure availability of products for customers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and place orders to maintain stock levels and meet customer demands.
  • Perform basic office administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and administrative efficiency.
  • Handle any other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the office.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service and administration is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Problemsolving skills and a positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or administration is a plus.

Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
