**Job Title: Lead Generator - Real Estate**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- **Prospecting**: Identify and reach out to potential clients who have expressed interest in Real Estate services through online inquiries, advertisements, or other channels.
- **Qualification**: Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and preferences to determine their suitability for our services.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through consistent follow-up and communication, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with Real Estate agents and brokers to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales process.
- **Database Management**: Keep detailed records of all interactions with leads, including contact information, preferences, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, including lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and effectiveness of different lead generation strategies.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and refine lead generation strategies based on performance metrics and feedback from the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Sound knowledge of Real Estate market trends, terminology, and practices.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software, social media platforms, and other digital tools for lead generation.
- **Proactive Attitude**: Self-motivated and proactive approach to lead generation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify opportunities and overcome obstacles in the lead generation process.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving lead generation strategies.
