Operational Manager in Forex Industry

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Forex Operations Management**
- Oversee the execution and settlement of forex trades, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Monitor market trends, currency movements, and trading risks to inform trading strategies.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance trading efficiency.
- Coordinate with compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Analyze trading performance, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.

**2. Office Management**
- Manage office administration, including facility management, supplies, and equipment.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee budget planning, expense tracking, and cost management for office-related activities.
- Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.

**3. Sales Team Management**
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor sales activities, performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in forex operations, with a proven track record in a management role.
- Experience in office management and sales team supervision.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of forex trading, market analysis, and risk management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in office management tools and software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
