7-**Fleet Operations**: Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and deployment of our Tesla fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in excellent condition.

8-**Compliance and Safety**: Ensure all drivers and vehicles comply with UAE regulations and company policies, focusing on safety and quality standards.

9-**Performance Monitoring**: Track and report on key operational metrics, including driver performance, vehicle utilization, and customer feedback.

10. **Communication Skills**:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, staff, and clients.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Knowledge of other industry-related software and technology.
- Familiarity with route optimization and tracking systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
