We are in need of Property Managment Coordinator who will perform a multitude of duties to support the real estate agents on day-to-day operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist and prepares documents for the agents
- Preparing monthly closed deals report
- Receiving cash/cheques for company
- Filling all documents related to the deals of the company
- Responsible in completing required documents and closing of agent's deal
- Handles Property Management documents and registration
- Maintained rental agreements and organized move-in/move-out procedure documentation
- Coordinates with property owners and updates property listings and availabilities
- Prepares tenancy contracts and Tawtheeq as required.
- Meeting clients to sign contracts on behalf of agents
- Coordinates with accounts department for cheques and other fees related to agent's deals.
- Reporting the conditions of the property and maintenance to landlords
- Offering Property Management contracts to prospective clients
- Assist in client's viewing
- Maintains database for clients personal information.
- Preparing Agent to Agent forms as required by the agents.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledgeable in Tawtheeq System and Abu Dhabi Municipality Smart Hub / Tamm portal.
- Able to work independently.
- Real Estate experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written and people management skills.
- High level of determination and work ethic
- Be well presented, well dressed.
- Experience in Property Management
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft offices and basic IT troubleshooting
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
