Position Title: Administrative Manager (Family Office)
Job Summary:
As the Administrative Manager for a Private Fund Management, you will be responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of the consultancy. You will play a key role in ensuring that the office operates efficiently and effectively, while also providing exceptional service to clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily administrative operations of the private fund management, including overseeing office operations, managing office supplies, and coordinating with other departments.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for senior management.
Manage travel arrangements for the consultancy's team, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Provide support to clients and investors, including responding to inquiries and coordinating with other departments as necessary.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
Oversee and manage the consultancy's administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or management role, preferably in a finance or investment environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Working Conditions:
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
