**A leading manufacturer of quality garments since 1995 in UAE, located in Al Quoz is looking for an Administration Manager.**

**Role and Responsibilities**

Main responsibilities include:
**Administration Management**:

- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures to enhance productivity and optimize resource allocation.
- Manage the administrative team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage budgetary responsibilities related to administrative functions.
- Manage contracts, agreements and other legal documents related to client relationships.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as customer service, product and marketing to resolve issues promptly

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Foster a customer-centric approach and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated client issues, addressing concerns and finding effective resolutions.

**Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and building strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement business development strategies and action plans to drive growth and expand the organization's customer base.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross selling and expanding scope of services/products offered to clients
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes and competitors’ activities that may impact the client’s business.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar managerial role, with a track record of successful business development.
- Previous experience working with clothing & apparel is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of business development strategies, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
