A leading manufacturer of quality garments since 1995 in UAE, located in Al Quoz is looking for an Administration Manager.

Role and Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include:

Administration Management:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures to enhance productivity and optimize resource allocation.
  • Manage the administrative team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage budgetary responsibilities related to administrative functions.
  • Manage contracts, agreements and other legal documents related to client relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as customer service, product and marketing to resolve issues promptly

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Foster a customercentric approach and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated client issues, addressing concerns and finding effective resolutions.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and building strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and action plans to drive growth and expand the organization's customer base.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross selling and expanding scope of services/products offered to clients
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes and competitors' activities that may impact the client's business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar managerial role, with a track record of successful business development.
  • Previous experience working with clothing & apparel is advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of business development strategies, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with the capacity to make datadriven decisions.
  • Resultsoriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.

Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
