**Job Title: Administrator Manager - British Manufacturing and Retail Company**

**Salary**: 2500-3000 AED per month

As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing and retail business. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks and providing support to the management team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Documentation**: Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents, ensuring data accuracy and security.

**Data Entry**: Accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping for various aspects of the business.

**Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure product availability.

**Financial Support**: Assist with financial record-keeping, invoicing, and tracking expenses.

**Meeting Support**: Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document minutes as needed.

**Reporting**: Generate and compile reports as requested by management.

**General Support**: Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- **Strong Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to solve problems independently and efficiently.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
