This is a full-time on-site role for Office Administrator /HR at ZAKI Group Trading located in Dubai, UAE.

**Responsibilities**:
Office Administration:

- Efficiently manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with company personnel to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
- Organize and maintain document's filing system.
- Schedule and attend meetings by taking notes, preparing meeting's agenda.
- Providing excellent customer service, keep in touch with clients for a smooth onboarding process.

Human Resources:

- Oversee onboarding process.
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and promote positive work environment.
- Stay abreast of HR regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Office-Management & HR: 2 years (required)

**Language**:
