**Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**: Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and performing other clerical duties.
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records and documentation, including employee records, office expenses, and inventory.
- **Supply Management**: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- **Facilities Management**: Oversee office facilities and ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment for all employees.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office environment.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software (e.g., MS Office 365, G Suite).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, clients, and vendors.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and proactively resolve problems.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
