- _**Manage relationships with food suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery, while negotiating contracts to secure the best possible pricing.**_
- _**Continuously assess and improve catering processes, introducing new strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the quality of food services.**_
- _**Monitor KPIs related to catering services, including patient satisfaction, budget adherence, and operational efficiency. Provide regular reports to senior management on performance and areas for improvement.**_
- _**Work closely with healthcare professionals, including clinical staff and nutritionists, to ensure catering services align with patient care standards.**_
- **Qualifications**_
- _**Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Services, or related field (or equivalent experience).**_
- _**Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within catering, ideally in a healthcare or institutional setting.**_
- _**Experience managing teams and multi-site operations.**_
- _**Knowledge of healthcare-specific catering standards and regulations is an advantage.**_
- **Certification in Food Safety (Level 3 or higher) and HACCP compliance**_

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
