Job Description:

- Visa Application / Renewal
- Coordinating with PRO
- Drafting internal memos / announcements
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Booking travel arrangements for staff members
- Responsible for organization of storage area
- Assisting in event operations
- Assist Finance Manager/COO for other tasks required
- Invoice preparation and payment follow up
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparing of quotations, purchase orders
- Process bank deposits
- Reconcile financial statements
- Submit tax forms
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

**Qualifications**
- Experience in accounts and admin/office operations is a must
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
- Advanced English is a must (written and oral)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
