Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our company's sister concern as a Finance Admin.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain financial records and documentation, including filing and organizing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage monthly invoicing processes, including the issuance, distribution, and follow-up on invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations by accurately preparing and filing VAT returns on a periodic basis.
- Generate and issue receipts promptly upon the collection of funds, maintaining records of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any inquiries or discrepancies related to invoices, VAT filings, or receipts, resolving them efficiently and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting department.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
