Position Overview:
Responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting forex trading services and products over the phone. This role involves actively engaging with prospects, explaining forex trading concepts and benefits, and persuading them to open trading accounts or invest in forex trading products.

The Tele sales Executive plays a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base in the forex trading industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation:
Proactively generate leads and identify potential clients interested in forex trading through various channels, including cold calling, database management, online research, and targeted prospecting.

Utilize effective lead generation techniques to build a pipeline of potential clients for forex trading services and products.
- Sales Pitch and Client Engagement:
Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their trading needs, financial goals, and risk appetite.

Explain forex trading concepts, investment strategies, trading platforms, and other relevant information to educate and attract potential clients.

Tailor the sales pitch to align with individual client requirements and effectively address any objections or concerns related to forex trading.

Present compelling offers, incentives, and promotions to entice potential clients to open trading accounts or invest in forex trading products.

Overcome objections and address concerns related to forex trading by providing accurate information and clarifications.
- Relationship Building:
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with potential clients through active listening, empathy, and providing exceptional customer service.

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships, address queries, and provide ongoing support throughout the onboarding process.
- Product Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of forex trading principles, trading instruments, market analysis techniques, risk management strategies, and regulatory compliance.

Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, economic indicators, and news that may impact forex trading.

Demonstrate expertise and credibility when discussing forex trading concepts and providing investment recommendations.
- Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal departments, such as compliance, customer support, and account management, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address client inquiries or issues.

Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams regarding client preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies and offerings.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven work experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in the forex trading industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with forex trading concepts, platforms, and market dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team objectives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
