**Job Purpose**:
The timely production of high-quality and industry-relevant summit and industry talks programs is in line with the needs of the hospitality and design market. Develop and grow the summit and industry talks programs for the various events in the hospitality portfolio by generating new ideas and topics and confirming industry-leading speakers.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Conference Production**
- Help with the required administrative jobs where needed.
- Onsite project and team management to ensure the successful, high-quality delivery of customer services and the event experience to delegates, as well as speaker liaison to ensure all speaker preparation and requirements are taken care of and that the faculty feel welcome, comfortable, and happy to participate in our conferences.
- Liaising with Conference speakers/ moderators and their communication teams for placement on the agenda.
- Conducting telephone and in-person research with potential attendees in the target market to develop program agendas.
- Working closely with the Marketing team to develop digital content-marketing campaign ideas.
- Recruiting highly esteemed leading experts, industry representatives, government representatives, and other relevant speakers to your program faculty.
- Develop new ideas/plans for programs.
- Work with the related Directors and other team members to produce ideas for content programs.
- Ensure and provide the latest content for an up-to-date summit and industry talks programs promotion.
- Introduce advisory boards and associations and manage existing relationships if needed.
- Independently turn research into an attractive draft summit and industry talks programs.
- Maintain existing and build new relationships to pull together a conference or workshop with suitable topics and speakers.

**Conference Project Management**
- Maintaining close links with management to ensure that they are kept up to date with the status of events.
- Preparing and sending weekly / monthly reports, as appropriate.
- Working closely with the multiple team to ensure delivery of first-class on-site conference experience for attendees.

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- 3-5 years experience in organizing international events and conferences in the Middle East.
- Related industry/event knowledge
- You will demonstrate the ability to simultaneously manage sub-programs and Feature agendas as part of the bigger programs.
- Excellent networking and information-gathering abilities
- Engaging, professional, and diplomatic demeanor
- Strong teamwork skills to ensure the efficient running of the event team across content, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Self-disciplined and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem solver with the ability to break down complex concepts, make logical comparisons, and identify underlying patterns and connections.
- Resilient, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Foreign language skills are preferred.
- Conceptual ability to rapidly develop competent knowledge on diverse topics.
