Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Personal Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive administrative support to your superior, enabling them to focus on their core tasks and responsibilities. You will be the key point of contact and play a crucial role in organizing and managing various aspects of the individual's professional and personal life. Your ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and handle various responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism is essential for this role.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Schedule Management:
Coordinate and manage the individual's calendar, including appointments, meetings, conferences, and personal events.
Prioritize appointments and schedule them in a way that optimizes time and productivity.
Send timely reminders and ensure the individual is well-prepared for all scheduled engagements.

Timekeeping:
Ensure punctuality for all meetings and commitments.
Monitor and manage the individual's time to allocate appropriate time blocks for different tasks and activities.

Note Keeping and Documentation:
Take accurate and detailed notes during meetings, calls, and discussions.
Organize and maintain records, files, and important documents both physically and digitally.
Prepare and present reports, summaries, and briefs as required.

Organization:
Assist in organizing the individual's workspace, both physical and digital, to ensure efficient access to information and resources.
Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and other logistics for business trips or personal travel.

Communication:
Respond to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Event Planning and Coordination:
Help organize and coordinate events, meetings, and special occasions as required.
Handle logistics, invitations, RSVPs, and other event-related tasks.

Confidentiality and Discretion:
Maintain utmost confidentiality of sensitive information and handle matters with discretion.

Miscellaneous Tasks:
Assist with personal tasks and errands when necessary.
Support the individual with any additional ad hoc tasks as they arise.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in note-taking and documentation.
- Familiarity with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
