Tasks
As a Personal Assistant at the Marc Kirsten Group, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the founder's schedule, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient time management.
- Arranging travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for domestic and international trips.
- Conducting research and preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Managing confidential information and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
- Providing general administrative support, such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Acting as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Anticipating needs, identifying potential challenges, and proactively providing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Supporting the founder in personal matters, such as managing personal finances, coordinating personal appointments.

**Requirements**:
To excel as a Personal Assistant at the Marc Kirsten Group, we expect the following qualifications and requirements:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Flexibility and adaptability to travel extensively between Dubai and Miami, as well as work irregular hours when necessary.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and provide efficient solutions.
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
