**Your day to day**:

**Our hotels bring people together. We're searching for a Sales Coordinator / Executive capable of juggling sales administration, building strong sales team and client relationships and pulling together all the Sales team calendars.**
**Every day is different at IHG, but you'll mostly be**:

- **To maintain the strictest confidentiality on all matters relating to Marriott and the Properties plus all other sales and personnel related matters.**

- **To provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the DOSM and secondly to provide back up administration to the sales team. Preparation of correspondence, maintenance of appointments diary for DOSM.**
- **In the absence of the Executive Secretary (annual leave/sickness), to provide administrative cover.**

- **Set up and maintain an effective filing system for the sales department, including a daily trace file, to ensure all weekly, monthly and bi-annual deadlines are met by the DOSM.**

- **Once training provided, to take a proactive role in the maintenance and development of Opera S&C standards within the Sales Department.**

- **To continually enhance and improve the efficiency and organisation of the department, by design and implementing administrative systems.**

- **Prepares and submits daily activity, agreements, special offers, corporate contracts, issue stop sales, maintain a data base, submit weekly activity and month end reports, as assigned.**

- **Previous sales coordinator experience in a hotel or sales role.**:
