Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and maintain inventory of front desk supplies
- Assist with room reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily cash handling and room occupancy
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a front office or guest service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
**Work Experience
**Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a front office or guest service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
