1. Ecommerce Project Leadership:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of our ecommerce platform.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the integration of features that enhance user experience and drive business objectives.

2. CRM and ERP Oversight:

- Manage and optimize CRM and ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with ecommerce operations.
- Utilize software solutions for efficient customer relationship management and streamlined enterprise resource planning.

3. Strategic IT Alignment:

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with overall business goals.
- Develop and execute IT plans that support business growth, innovation, and digital transformation.

4. Policy and Procedure Enforcement:

- Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to enhance system reliability, security, and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Technical Leadership:

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.

6. Vendor Management:

- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service level agreements are met and contracts are cost-optimized.
- Evaluate and select software solutions that align with business requirements and technology standards.

7. Issue Resolution and Security:

- Promptly troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard customer data and sensitive information.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Ecommerce Project Success:

- Timely completion within the specified budget, emphasizing functionality, and user experience.

2. System Reliability and Software Skills:

- Ensure high availability of CRM and ERP systems, emphasizing proficiency in software tools such as SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent.

3. Security Measures and Cybersecurity:

- Implement and monitor robust security measures, demonstrating expertise in cybersecurity best practices.

4. IT Policy Adherence and Governance:

- Monitor adherence to IT policies and governance, with a focus on compliance and security standards.

5. Innovation and Efficiency:

- Introduce technological innovations that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

6. Vendor Management and Software Selection:

- Evaluate vendor performance and software solutions based on agreed-upon metrics and cost-effectiveness.

7. Issue Resolution Time and Technical Proficiency:

- Timely resolution of IT issues, showcasing technical proficiency in software troubleshooting and problem-solving.

8. Staff Development and Collaboration:

- Foster a skilled and motivated IT team through effective leadership, professional development, and collaboration across departments.

9. Cost Optimization and Budget Management:

- Optimize IT-related costs without compromising quality, emphasizing skills in budget management.

10. Stakeholder Satisfaction and Communication:

- Gauge stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and successful alignment of IT solutions with business needs.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience in managing complex ecommerce projects and overseeing CRM and ERP systems, with proficiency in software tools like (mention specific tools).

3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

4. In-depth knowledge of IT best practices, security protocols, and emerging technologies.

5. Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and software selection.

6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

7. Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

8. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, and CISSP) are a plus.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
