We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to work on our Brands in Dubai and Worldwide to manage and review e-commerce operations and processes as well as work closing with the Management Team to deliver results and ROI.


  • Negotiate and align business
  • Drive ecommerce sales performance.
  • Implement ecommerce strategic and tactical programs.
  • Collaborate with ecommerce partners to develop product ranges and work closely with the team, to ensure a successful profitability
  • Strong ecommerce Knowledge, highly analytical & familiar with ecommerce itself.
  • Effectively track & report consumer data, insights, and learnings.
  • Build a plan to meet and exceed annual Net Revenue targets
  • Develop strategies and execute on them to increase revenue and market share, while also ensuring retention.
  • Continually drive revenue within accounts by cross and up selling opportunities.
  • Be an advocate for their business, help the company to understand their demands/needs.
  • Work closely with multiple internal functions (e.g. product, sales, compliance, solution delivery and operations) to improve our products and services.
  • Ensure excellent communication and internal coordination
  • Be a trusted partner to the team and Management Team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a fastpaced, eCommerce business.
  • Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
  • Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent websiterelated systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • A grasp of what drives internet traffic and knowledge of SEO
  • Handson experience in managing and maintaining eCommerce websites/portals.
  • Experience with using the Google Analytics for project management and reporting
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Marketing skills
  • Experience in managing staff and multiple brands
  • Proven track record in successful account management, building brands and increasing revenues.
  • Proven experience in setting account strategy, direction and building out best in class best practices.
  • Driven, flexible, selfmotivated, gogetter, able to accept change and with the ability to work at pace in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
  • Resultsoriented with great skills in communication, organization and negotiation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Handling experience in ecommerce platforms (particularly Shopify)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • English Language (Writing, Reading, Speaking).
  • Good communication and sales skills.
