**Responsibilities**:
1. Technology Infrastructure Management:

- Develop and maintain the eCommerce technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Ensure the security, availability, and scalability of the eCommerce platform.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as development, operations, and security, to ensure alignment and effective integration of systems.

2. eCommerce Platform Development and Maintenance:

- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the eCommerce platform.
- Coordinate with internal development teams or external vendors to implement new features, enhancements, and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the platform is functioning optimally and meeting user requirements.

3. Data Management and Analytics:

- Manage and analyze eCommerce data, including sales, customer behavior, and website performance.
- Utilize analytics tools and techniques to extract insights and generate reports for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates, customer experience, and operational efficiencies based on data analysis.

4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Coordinate with the external team of IT professionals, including developers, system administrators, and support staff, ensuring their growth, performance, and engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to align IT strategies and initiatives with business goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

5. Vendor Management:

- Evaluate and select third-party vendors, partners, or service providers for eCommerce-related technologies and solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance monitoring.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in eCommerce platform management and IT infrastructure.
- Strong technical knowledge of eCommerce platforms, content management systems, databases, web technologies, and APIs.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages like HTML, CSS, Javascript and JSON.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
