We are a Dubai-based photostudio offering **family photography services** around the UAE. As our company grows we are looking for a dedicated and empathetic **Customer Coordinator** to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to potential customers. You will play a crucial role when it comes to bookings & schedule of the team.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service, prefereably in the hospitality
- To manage the studio bookings, and customer photosessions, to be the main point of contact person between the photographer and the client_
- To manage that studio and photographers are fully equipped with what is required for the photosessions_
- To manage the invoices & customer payments_
- The studio is operating for 5 Years and the company constantly grows
- Potential to grow within the company
- Company provoding visa and medical insurance
- 30 days annual leave
**Salary**: AED6,000.00
**Salary**: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
