**Responsibilities**:

- **Document Preparation**: Prepare sales quotations and invoices accurately and in a timely manner for both local and international customers.
- **Data Management**: Maintain comprehensive records of sales transactions, including customer information, pricing, and terms of sale.
- **Document Control**: Organize and maintain electronic and physical documents, ensuring proper version control and confidentiality.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with sales representatives, finance department, and other relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information for document preparation.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Customer Service**: Provide support to customers regarding document-related inquiries, resolving any issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline document control processes and enhance efficiency.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards related to document management and sales transactions.
- **Training and Support**: Offer guidance and training to team members on document control procedures and best practices.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports as needed to track document control metrics and performance indicators.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in document control, preferably in a sales or finance environment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with document management software/systems
- Ability to navigate and utilize ERP systems for document generation and data management
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external customers.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team members and contribute to overall departmental goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with international customers and familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
- Certification in document control or related field is a plus

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
