**Intro**:
Joining Intertrust UAE as a junior client relationship manager means working in an international and dynamic environment, with opportunities for personal and professional growth. In the role, you will be asked to fulfil various tasks within a small-but-growing local office. We are a dynamic team seeking individuals willing to perform a diverse range of tasks and tackle challenges daily.

On the client relationship management side, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client entities located in various UAE freezones and mainland. You will be the first point of contact for the clients in your portfolio and responsible for ensuring their entities are in good legal standing. This includes staying up to date on all legal and regulatory changes in the UAE and ensuring your clients are aware of changes that might impact them. You will be further developing your relationships with the client to maximize further opportunities and becoming an extension of their operations on the ground.

**Some of the things you’ll be doing**:

- Manages all company secretarial obligations for allocated entities under the supervision of senior relationship manager/business unit manager including but not limited to license renewal, registrar filings, ESR and visa services
- Ensures the proper handling of transactions of clients, including but not limited to incorporation, on-boarding, and transaction management, in line with processes and procedures
- Ensure good legal standing of client companies under management during the whole “lifecycle” of companies
- Communicates and coordinates with clients as well as all internal and external stakeholders concerned on the client companies in the allocated portfolio
- Promotes a client service-oriented culture by providing timely responses to client requests, personal attention, complaint follow up and monitors the professionalism in communication with clients, colleagues, and intermediaries
- Handles and solves any query raised by the client in cooperation with the business unit manager if applicable and where necessary. Further escalates queries to the Managing Director where needed
- Pro-actively coordinates and shares information with the business unit manager on a daily/weekly basis as agreed, to ensure best in class working relationships with other functions and stimulating a culture of collaboration
- Attendance at board meetings and preparation of board packs and minutes, where required
- Keep track of internal client acceptance and other compliance process and procedures; responsible for always adhering to these processes and procedures
- Shows good judgement of situations and works closely with compliance and escalates when required to management
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis to ensure invoices are settled timely and work closely with Finance to reach shared targets Usage and understanding of internal systems ensuring accuracy

**What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?**
- At least 1 years’ experience either from a company secretarial, compliance, legal, accounting or transaction management background and ideally prior experience in working in a corporate services provider
- Demonstrated track record of excellent client relationship management in corporate services
- ICSA Qualified or part qualified is an advantage
- Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated and very well organized
- Comfortable with handling a range of tasks in a fast-moving, environment
- Ability to work under own initiative but also as part of a team
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
