We are searching for an experienced executive secretary to assist our new branch office in Dubai. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the executive's schedule, as well as assisting them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Executive secretaries must be quick professionals with excellent time-management and multitasking skills. Because of their diligence and competence in their work, executives can focus on their managerial responsibilities without worrying about other tasks. Ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all administrative duties is the goal of improving overall business efficiency.

Maintain the executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
Attend meetings and keep minutes.
Receive and screen phone calls, and redirect them when appropriate.
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure.
Prepare invoices or financial statements and assist with bookkeeping.
Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organised and easily accessible.
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
**Requirements**:
Experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role is a must.
Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g., ERP)
Understanding fundamental research methods and reporting techniques is crucial.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
Integrity and confidentiality
Obtain a degree in business administration or a related field
