**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and Ensure continuous follow-ups.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Handling complaints in a proper manner and escalate issues if appropriate to the management for further investigation and review.
- Monitor changes in various immigration regulations.

Preferred Languages : Hindi, English
