Immigration Case Processing Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Case Evaluation and Processing**:

- Make informed decisions on cases, recommending approvals or denials based on established guidelines.
- **Applicant Interaction**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing clear guidance on the documentation process and addressing concerns with a satisfactory solution.
- Conduct evaluation as necessary to gather additional information and clarify case details.
- Prepare Verification and other reports as required throughout documentation until post landing.
- Retain customer throughout the process by addressing queries without escalation and engage with timely interaction and updates.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay current on immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes to ensure all case processing adheres to legal requirements.
- Implement best practices for compliance and risk management within the case processing function.
- Should have knowledge to create and file Express Entry, PNP, and visit visas for various countries.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of all case activities, decisions, and communications using immigration management systems.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve case processing efficiency.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with government agencies, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate case resolution.
- Collaborately work with management to share insights and best practices, fostering a supportive team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in immigration management software and database systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
