**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with clients to gather required documents and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review and verify the authenticity of documents submitted by clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements and client management strategies.

**Qualifications and Skill**:

- Proven experience in case processing within the immigration industry or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in case management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
