Responsibilities:
3. Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.

4. Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

5. High level of product knowledge in the relevant and works experienced fields.

7. Ability to co-ordinate in a seamless way, internally as well as externally for business closures.

8. Must knowledge of current laws and documentation for countries like Canada, Australia, Schengen Countries. Responding the clients asap for their queries.

9. Reviewing all documents to ensure they are accurate and meet government requirements.

12. Keep abreast of changes to immigration regulations and policies and provide guidance to clients as needed

Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum 1 years' experience in immigration case processing.

Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.

Knowledge of immigration regulations and policies for various countries

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Familiarity with computers and the internet.

Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.

Team skills and strong relationship building skills.

Location: Dubai

Case Processing Officer: 1 year (required)

Language: English (required) / Tagalog
