Meraki Talent are working with a well respected Online Trading client who are looking for exceptional Retail FX Sales professionals.

**Job Overview**: As a Retail FX Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by offering foreign exchange solutions to individual clients. Your role will involve building relationships, understanding clients' needs, and providing them with suitable FX products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and prospect potential retail clients interested in FX services.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's FX products, including currency pairs, options, and other related financial instruments.
- Stay updated on market trends and factors influencing currency exchange rates.
- **Consultative Selling**:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Provide tailored FX solutions and advice to meet individual client needs.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and market updates to keep clients informed.
- **Compliance and Regulation**:

- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes in the FX industry.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to team meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets and trading.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
