This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and the organization as a whole. This position requires a highly organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a variety of task with professionalism and discretion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the CEO and the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations and conferences.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO
- Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision making.
- Provide personal support including handling personal errands and coordination personal schedules.
- Manage personal correspondence and communications
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with office management task, such as ordering supplies and managing maintenance request.
- Bachelors degree required. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in executive role, personal assistant or office management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong Written and verbal communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite
