**Client-Centric Approach**: Conduct meticulous client assessments to glean valuable insights for crafting meticulously tailored fitness plans. Design personalized workout programs, showcasing creativity in formulating engaging and effective routines.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Execute a dynamic sales strategy: provide 2 free sessions to potential clients.
- Ensure a minimum conversion rate of 70% from these trial sessions to paid Personal training sessions.

**Inspiration and Leadership**: Beyond being a fitness instructor, serve as a mentor and motivator, leading individuals and groups through invigorating sessions. Be a partner on clients' fitness journeys, involving goal-setting, progress monitoring, and celebrating triumphs.

**Effective Communication**: Prioritize trust and collaboration through effective communication. Promptly respond to inquiries and cultivate an open dialogue, enhancing the overall client experience.

**Safety and Vigilance**: Maintain constant vigilance during sessions, prioritizing safety and well-being. Stay updated on emergency protocols and ensure adherence to proper form.

**Progress Monitoring and Targets**: Track clients' progress, adjusting programs as needed. Achieve daily and monthly targets, submitting comprehensive business plans to the Head Coach monthly.

**Community Engagement**: Foster a positive and empowering fitness environment. Actively participate in team and community events, contributing to an atmosphere of belonging and support.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 per month
