Job title: Male Personal Assistant
Location: Palm Jumeirah
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the employer's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records in both digital and physical formats.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as grocery shopping, making reservations, and coordinating household services.
- Conduct research on various topics as requested by the employer and provide summaries or recommendations.
- Act as a point of contact between the employer and other parties, including clients, colleagues, and service providers.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including drafting documents, preparing presentations, and managing expenses.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information and matters related to the employer's personal and professional life.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or similar role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate the needs of the employer.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
