Sales Receptionist Admin

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer, boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Collect payments from clients and issue receipts via our POS system, accepting various payment forms (cash, credit cards, online transfers).
**Front Desk & Administrative Support**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage appointment bookings, room allocations, and update the appointment calendar.
- Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory for retail and stock items.
- Arrange the setup for workshops and events held at the center.
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and completed by the end of the day.
- Manage housekeeping staff to ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the center.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Must have call center experience, particularly in cold calling.
- Must be highly professional, reliable, and flexible with working hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and managing cash/credit transactions.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in front desk management or similar administrative roles.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
