**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the facility and services.
**Check-In/Check-Out**:
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
- Handle reservations and cancellations accurately.
**Communication**:
- Answer phone calls, redirect inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain front desk supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining guest records.
**Security and Safety**:
- Monitor access to the premises and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Report any security issues or emergencies to the appropriate authorities.
**Guest Relations**:
- Address guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Promote hotel services and special offers to enhance guest experiences.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking/reservation systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
