Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and developing new customers.

Actively pursue LAB TSR from customers to enhance product understanding and satisfaction.

Provide valuable insights and guideline formulation to customers for new product development.

Expand business through volume sales and new product launches.

Introduce products into the assigned regions where the company and the products have zero market presence.

Sales promotion through conferences, seminars.

Update and maintain reports regularly in Salesforce for effective tracking and analysis.

Introduce and launch new products and Developing existing Product.

Coordinate with Structural Consultants and Landscaping Architects for product approvals.

Conduct presentations to institutions and Government Departments along with onsite trials

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned regions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

B.Tech in Chemicals, BSC (Chemistry) or MSC(Chemistry)/ PREFERED FROM UDCT UNIVERSITY

Proven track record in business development within Industry as below:
Paints, Construction, Cable, Polymer, têxtile, Paper and Packaging, solar, Thermoplastic, Automobiles Industrial coating, Rubber, sports flooring, Mould making, Elastomer, Ceramic, Fire Extinguishers, Electronics, Aerospace, Agriculture, GRC.
