Kent is looking for a Business Development Assistant to support the global Business Acquisition organisation. The Business Development (BD) Assistant will report to the Director of BD Operations, Strategy and Positioning to administer the business development process, assist in administrative tasks, data management and coordination to help foster new business relationships and expand the organisation's market presence. The BD Assistant is cooperative, resourceful, organised and motivated to support sales, enhance the company's reputation, and help foster the Kent culture within the department and wider organisation.**Your responsibilities**:

- ** Vendor Registrations & Tender Portal Management**: Manage various vendor registrations, ensuring required documents such as trade license, insurance policies, etc. are up to date and uploaded in the vendor portals or third-party procurement systems such as Ariba, ISN, etc. and met in compliance to legal, commercial, finance, QHSE and technical engineering specifications.
- ** Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, master services agreements, and opportunities in the company's CRM database i.e. Salesforce. On a weekly basis, initiate requests for project details on newly awarded projects and populates experience database.
- ** Due Diligence Processing**: Process requests for client and partner due diligence checks through the company’s online tool and communicate results to stakeholders.
- ** Sales & Marketing Collateral**: Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, experience lists, project profiles and capability presentations.
- ** Administrative Support**: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, expense claims, calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for the business development team.
- ** Proposal Development Support**: Provide support to the Proposal & BD Team in preparing responses to EOIs, RFIs, PQQs and RFQs and other presentations for potential clients, ensuring accuracy of data and information.
- ** Event Support**: Coordinate and support participation in industry events, conferences (i.e. EIC events, Gastech, ADIPEC), and trade shows to promote the company's services.
- ** Subscriptions Management**: Manage various subscriptions as required by the BD team for each region.
- ** Budget Tracking**: Keep track of all BD-related expenses and log them in the budget tracker to ensure that prior approvals are sought before incurring them.

**Qualification/ Certification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing or equivalent years’ experience

**Communication**:

- Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.
