Specialising in the management of Hotel-Apartments in major European cities since 2010. They started by renting one of their own properties and upon seeing how lucrative the business was, decided to assist property owners and investment funds in renting their buildings and properties with ease. The company doubles in size each year and anticipates significant growth in 2023 by acquiring new properties and launching new cities throughout Europe, the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

**About the Role**

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Developer with a strong background in the Property/Real Estate sector to pioneer their expansion into the Dubai market. As a Business Developer, you will be at the forefront of this exciting venture, building the business from the ground up.

Working closely with the company CEOs, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of Dubai operations and make a significant impact on their growth and success.

**Responsibilities**
- Establishing their presence in Dubai by identifying potential apartment opportunities in the local market.
- Negotiating favourable terms and conditions with apartment owners.
- Signing beneficial deals that align with the company’s business strategy.
- Managing the onboarding process for each apartment. This includes sourcing and arranging furniture and decorations, organizing photoshoots for the property, and setting up utilities to ensure a seamless transition for new tenants.
- Sourcing and vetting suppliers to support our operations.
- Recruiting and building a high-performing team to drive our success in the region.

**Qualifications & Person Specification**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Development or a related field within the property/Real Estate sector.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship building.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in team recruitment and development.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
