To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria
- Preferably on a husband's visa
- A degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in an HR Administrative role. Having a minimum of 2 years of experience in UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience with MAC Productivity Applications (Number & Pages) is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Prepare letters related to employment, warning letters and memos
- Coordinate with PRO for New Visa, Renewal and Visa Cancellation
- Assist in Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Bank Salary Card creation, deletion and addressing bank issues of employees)
- Capable of managing additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
- Assist the marketing department in preparing quotations for prospective clients.
Able to join immediately. This is a temporary position lasting 3 months.
