We are seeking a proactive, self motivated and results-driven e-Commerce Lead to spearhead our growth strategy on Amazon and oversee our presence across key eCommerce platforms in the Middle East region - like Mumzworld, Firstcry, Noon and BabyShop.

The e-Commerce Lead will play a pivotal role in accelerating our expansion plans into new regions and sales channels. This individual will direct growth initiatives on Amazon UAE, KSA, Egypt, and other relevant platforms, while also leading the company's eCommerce business with Noon, FirstCry, Mumzworld, BabyShop and other key players in the Middle East market.

**Responsibilities of e-Commerce Lead**:

- Jointly manage and oversee our Group Amazon Account, taking ownership of all aspects of account management.
- Lead the timely creation and listing of SKUs across Amazon platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with branding guidelines.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithms, and product search rankings to optimize product listings for maximum visibility.
- Develop persuasive product descriptions and content that resonates with target audiences and drives conversion rates.
- Oversee the management of FBA shipments, including stock replenishment and optimization to minimize stockouts and delays.
- Implement Amazon brand registry, creating A+ content and leveraging store design best practices to enhance the brand's image.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute advertising campaigns using Amazon Advertising console (AMS), continuously refining strategies to maximize ROI.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and product reviews to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high account standards.

Lead and drive growth strategies across key eCommerce platforms including Noon, FirstCry, Mumzworld, and others, fostering strong relationships with platform representatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive inventory management and replenishment strategies to ensure product availability while optimizing carrying costs.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify high-margin SKU opportunities and inform procurement decisions.
- Manage product reviews, seller feedback, and customer engagement to enhance brand reputation and drive customer loyalty.
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns tailored to each platform, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with platform representatives, negotiating advantageous terms to support business growth.

**Collaboration & Leadership**:

- Collaborate closely with buying, sourcing, and logistics teams to align eCommerce strategies with the company's overarching goals, ensuring seamless integration of sales and operations.
- Report directly to the company Director, providing regular updates on performance, strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Foster a culture of innovation and ideation, encouraging team members to contribute new ideas and continuously improve processes.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering their professional development and growth.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 3 years of successful Amazon Seller Central account management.
- Proven track record of quickly ranking listings in the top 10.
- Strong understanding of Amazon marketing advertising and 3rd party tools.
- Extensive experience developing Amazon business on various platforms.
- Previous ownership and financial responsibility over e-commerce channels.
- Exceptional copywriting skills for advertising and listing creation.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and photo editing to enhance listing appearance.
- IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Fluent in English.
