We are seeking a dynamic and driven E-commerce Executive to join our team and take charge of our online retail operations. As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms, driving online sales, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts, to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and sales figures, to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Coordinate product listings, pricing, and inventory management to optimize sales opportunities and ensure product availability.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive online traffic and sales.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to online orders and purchases.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend their implementation to enhance our e-commerce operations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visually appealing and compelling product presentations and website layouts.
- Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in the e-commerce process to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an E-commerce Executive or in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, SEO, and online advertising.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new tools and software related to e-commerce.
- A passion for staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 per month
