Female Office Administrator

**Role and Responsibilities**:
At our company, you'll serve as an essential link between our dynamic projects and managerial operations. Your role includes:
- Assisting the manager in invoice settlement, quotation preparation, and request processing.
- Meticulously managing payroll and monitoring payment collection from clients.
- Crafting various documents and supporting materials as needed.
- Overseeing crucial human resources tasks, such as tracking visa and work permit expiry dates.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, essential for effective execution of tasks.
- Excellent command of the English language to ensure clear communication.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be valued and considered a plus.
**Independent Work Environment**:
As the first administrative employee at Watershed, you'll enjoy a sense of ownership. Given the nature of our business, our manager's involvement in projects across Al Ain, the Northern Emirates, and parts of Abu Dhabi means you'll often work independently. Communication will primarily occur through phone and WhatsApp, creating an environment that encourages autonomy and decision-making.
**Office Management and Flexibility**:
You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our office's welcoming environment for customers and guests. The working hours, from 8 am to 6 pm, six days a week (excluding Fridays 9 AM-1 PM), offer flexibility as long as tasks are accomplished through coordinated efforts.
**Compensation and Opportunity**:
Starting with a salary of AED 2,500, this role's potential will be re-evaluated at the trial period's end.
**Salary**: AED2,300.00 per month
