Female Office Administrator

Accounting background
- Compile weekly reports for all personnel on a regular basis.
- Ensure the company database is continually updated and accurate.
- Implement an efficient filing system for critical and confidential organizational documents.
- Respond to inquiries from employees, clients, and suppliers.
- Update organizational policies as necessary.
- Manage the company calendar and arrange appointments.
- Develop reports and presentations that include statistical data as required.
- Generate quotations, Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), and invoices as needed.
- Process and reconcile expense reports.
- Enroll in tender portals and complete other pre-qualification documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers to secure effective services and competitive pricing.
- Compile monthly attendance records for payroll processing by the accounts department.
- Oversee all documentation and procedures for ISO Certification.
- Supervise the inventory of stationery and office supplies.
- Draft contracts for approval between the company and suppliers.
- Pursue outstanding payments from clients.
- Foster positive relationships with clients.
- Ensure all forms and checks are prepared for the accounts audit.
