HR Executive

The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for a wide range of HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment and Staffing**:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct background checks and verify references.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and manage employee grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- **Performance Management**:
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of employee development plans.
- **Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
- **Compliance and Record Keeping**:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.
- **HR Policy Development**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate and enforce company policies to employees.
- **Employee Engagement**:
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
