**Overview**:
As an HR Executive, you will be a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for supporting various HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role involves a diverse set of responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The HR Executive is expected to be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

**2. Employee Relations**:

- Address and resolve employee queries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

**3. Performance Management**:

- Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance-related matters.
- Contribute to the identification of training and development needs.

**4. HR Administration**:

- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation.

**5. Compliance and Policy Implementation**:

- Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

**6. Employee Benefits Administration**:

- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Support employees with benefit-related inquiries and concerns.

**7. Training and Development**:

- Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Facilitate employee development initiatives and programs.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

**2. Experience**:

- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.

**3. Communication Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

**4. Interpersonal Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with employees and management.

**5. Organizational Skills**:

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

**6. Problem-Solving**:

- Ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions.

**7. Confidentiality**:

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**8. Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
