**Job Summary**:
The HR Executive will play a key role in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will collaborate closely with department heads to support staffing needs, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure the overall well-being of employees. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for HR, and a proactive approach to supporting a thriving organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive proper orientation, training, and integration into the company.

**2. Employee Relations**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns or inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR-related matters.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by ensuring fair treatment, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives.

**3. Performance Management**:

- Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
- Help implement performance improvement plans when necessary and monitor employee development progress.
- Work with managers to provide coaching and guidance for underperforming employees.

**4. Compensation and Benefits Administration**:

- Assist in administering employee benefits programs (health, dental, retirement plans, etc.), ensuring employees are enrolled and informed about available benefits.
- Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee compensation.
- Stay updated on market trends and assist with compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive salary structures.

**5. HR Policies and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documents related to legal compliance, employee records, and audits.
- Maintain HR documentation and employee files, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.

**6. Employee Development and Training**:

- Identify training and development needs across the organization, and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Support the planning and execution of employee workshops, seminars, and other skill-building initiatives.
- Promote career development by helping employees create personal growth plans aligned with organizational goals.

**7. HR Administration**:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including updating and maintaining employee records in the HRIS system.
- Track key HR metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Organize and support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, team-building events, and recognition programs.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
