- To produce seeds of different plant groups and varieties in the determined regions within the programmed framework, to make the necessary arrangements for this, to send the produced seeds to the relevant places,_
- To produce quality seeds in specified quantity and variety. For this, it is to determine the necessary land and the people to be contracted, to have the prepared contracts signed, to ensure that the seeds produced are shipped to the relevant places._
- _To determine suitable land, region and producer for seed production and to suggest suitable regions._
- _To sign the prepared producer contracts._
- _For seed production, seed growing techniques, pest control, irrigation etc. Provides technical support / advice to the growers under his responsibility during the production stages, enters up-to-date information on production information, data, fields via Smartfarm,_

**_Job Requirements:_**:

- _Managing the contracting process at the farmer level, ensuring that the area, price and other contract conditions are accepted,_
- _Defining its own performance with the agreed KPI, reaching its goals,_
- _To keep the tools and machines used ready for use._
- _To take every precaution for the protection of parent seedlings._
- _To make the soil preparation, planting, maintenance and harvest program, to have the necessary procedures done and to follow up._
