Assistant Coordinator

The Production Team, a specialist recruitment division of the Spendlove Group that provides recruitment and staffing services for event, production, and entertainment industries, is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to join their team. As an Assistant Coordinator, you will support the team with sourcing and recruiting permanent and temporary event professionals globally. You will work with event and festival organizers, brand agencies, corporate clients, venues, governments, international trade shows, conferences, consumer exhibitions, sporting events, and ceremonies to help them recruit the best possible talent for their events. The Production Team, with offices throughout the UK and Middle East, is uniquely positioned to provide clients with experienced talent from various sectors of the industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in recruiting permanent, freelance, and contract event professionals for clients across various sectors of the industry.
- Collaborate with recruiters and clients to understand their hiring needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative duties such as scheduling interviews and checking references.
- Attend industry events and network to source new talent for clients.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, event management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or event management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
